I have a question about exporting lexical data from FLEx for use in Lexique Pro. My dictionary includes many pictures (photos) which are stored in a Pictures folder in the LinkedFiles folder. Many of the file names of the photos have diacritics, which are common in the language -- e.g. sèsár.jpg.
I am using Full Lexicon Lift 0.13 XML as the export method. The problem is that the photos with diacritics in their file names are not being exported -- i.e., the only photos that are exported are the ones whose names do not have any diacritics.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem (other than removing the diacritics from the names)?
Thanks,
Jeff Siegel
Hi Jeff,
What version of Flex are you using. We fixed (I think) a similar issue in 7.2.7. Or you can manually copy the pictures top wherever Lexique Pro wants them.
