Release of FLExTrans 3.13

I’m happy to announce that FLExTrans 3.13 is now available at https://software.sil.org/flextrans/download

 

This release has several important improvements:

 

• Cluster Support
• Define which FLEx projects are part of the cluster.
• New tools: Open Multiple FLEx Projects, Restore Multiple FLEx Projects, Fix FLEx Projects, Add Ad Hoc Constraint for a Cluster.
• Tools that now work on multiple projects: Add New Target Entry, Export FLEx projects to Paratext, Import From Paratext.
• New mode for Production work, designed for users who will not be writing rules, but producing texts
• If you install FLExTrans and select Production Mode you get a simplified interface with one collection containing three modules.
• Improved speed of HermitCrab synthesis in the Live Rule Tester – about twice as fast.
• Import/Export for Paratext improvements
• Including a new tool to Export a target FLEx text to Paratext.
• Reworked the Settings window to have 3 modes – mini, basic and full.
• Bug fixes.
