There is a simple Find feature which is the Find in Lexicon tool you mentioned I think. You need to click on Lexicon in the Navigation Pane, then click on Dictionary or Reversal Indexes. There are a couple of options for the Find feature, but it is mostly just a Find option. Type the graph you want and see how it works.
It is grayed out for you because you are not in Dictionary view. That is where it works. Look for "Find in Lexicon" in the Help menu for more on this.

Hi Antoinette,
In the Entries pane of the lexicon, you can do “filter” in top row of the Lexeme form column. In the filter, you can type the letter you want to filter your lexicon with. There you can select whether it should be word-initial, word-final or in any position.
Below is an example (French version of Flex).

Don’t hesitate to call me if needed.
Best,
Françoise

You can also alphabetize any column in reverse order. Right-click on the top of the column and then choose "Sorted from End".
