For some reason FLEx sorts homonyms in the following order: mata2  mata3  mata1. Any suggestions?

First thing is to check which column is being used for primary sort. In
my data, there are maybe three different fields with contents that are
very similar. If you want to get the right sorting with homograph
numbers, be sure to click on the header of the Headword column. Sorting
on Lexeme Form alone does not take homograph numbers into account.

However, if you prefer not to use Headword as a column, you could make
Lexeme Form the primary sort column and Homograph Number as secondary
sort column.

Primary sort column can be set by clicking in the header of the desired
column. Clicking again toggles ascending or descending. Secondary sort
column can be set by Shift+Click.

Thanks Dennis, all helpful. Entering a Homograph Number column was also
helpful in ordering the homographs acordign to their significance.
