Flex no longer sends all entries to Webonary

After making a good number of changes, I tried to upload my data to Webonary. (I do this every couple of months, so I thought I knew what I was doing).
It only uploaded the entries created after 7/20/2025. I am not sure how to change this.
As I am typing this, I think 7/20 was the date when I started trying out FlexLite, and connected the database to Flexlite as well.
I also noticed that all entries got a modified stamp on that day.
What can I do to make sure all entries get uploaded.
