In "Texts and Words/Concordance" tab, there is an option to search for a word without diacritics. This gives us flexibility to find words in a text that have no diacritics.

However, in Interlinear Texts, I don't see this option (not sure if this feature exists). The text I am dealing with is Syriac which uses diacritics abundantly; however, there are occasions when the diacritics are not used 100% of the time and you end up with text that has mixed words with and without didactics. I have plenty of text like that. So, here lies the problem: In Texts and Words/Analysis, the same words with diacritics are treated differently from the same form without diacritics and for large text it becomes difficult to recognize which words are already in the lexicon. Here is an example to illustrate this problem:

As you can see, these two words are exactly the same except the green-circled word is without diacritics compared to the red-circled one and Flex treats it as a new word. This is a contrived example to illustrate the problem, but you can imagine large text from different sources worked on by different people will cause duplication of words in the Lexicon.  Needless to say, unless there is a way to turn off/on this feature, it would be great if this feature is implemented notwithstanding the fact that it is already implemented in Concordance creation as illustrated in the first screen capture.
