FLex is using a different Paratext project

I'd like to use FLex to analyze a book from Paratext.  I'm able to open the book in the Texts & Words using "Choose..." in the Title column.  However, the content is actually our UNS questions project which is an Auxiliary project connected to the project that I want to open.  Does someone know how I can open the Paratext project that I want in FLex?
