Lexicon Edit Messages Questions list

Is there any way to see a list of all my Questions that are entered in the Lexicon Edit Messages Questions for each entry? Apparently, I should be able to see those from within the send/receive dialogue. But I haven't been using send/receive, and that option is grayed or for me. If there's no way to see a list of these questions (e.g. In the Entries pane), then that was the wrong field to type all my questions. It's a painstaking process to go through the lexicon one entry at a time to find them and open them. 

Is there any way for someone to help me convert these questions to some other field that could appear in a browse list?

It's really easy!

You just need to filter the question column for non-blank:

Then with that filter on you can even export the dictionary as a pdf or .docx file.

Is that what you are after?

As others often recommend, the online course for FLEx is really important to do. There are so many "quality of life" skill to be learned about the software. It's rare that we are ever the first person to need to do something.

That's hopeful! But I can't find Questions listed as an option to include there. Do I need to be on an upgraded version? I'm using 9.2.11.1154

I can't remember if my question field is a custom one or not, but you should be able to see it by adding more columns:

I'm guessing yours is a custom field. My questions are part of Messages.

Help says that these messages and questions are metadata and not available for inclusion in the Dictionary view. Perhaps that also means not available for the Entries column view.

Hi Benjamin

I guess what you are looking for is under the menu Send/Receive then View Project Messages? This does seem to assume that the project is using Send/Receive.
