Hello,
when trying to export my dictionary via pathway instead of getting an .odt file I get a .ramp file, and it doesn't open in LibreOffice. What am I doing wrong?

thank you all,
Mariacarmela

Hi Mariacarmela,
When I do a Pathway export, I get two files:
The .ramp file you can ignore - it is an archiving format. Opening the main.odt should get you the dictionary as you want it - but your LibreOffice settings must allow the use of Macros, at least to the point that LibreOffice asks you to use macros when opening the document.
In my current version of FLEx I get some error message during the export, but the export succeeds in spite of them, so just close the error messages, and the export should proceed. Normally the dictionary should open in LibreOffice automatically after a successful export, so if this doesn't happen with you, it probably means that something is going wrong during the export. Have you installed the Pathway software?
Best wishes,
Andreas

The newest Flex version supports the direct export to Word and probably to LibreOffice. So I think Pathway is no longer needed.
