Sense Numbering Style

Any ideas how to change the Sense Number Numbering style to something not listed?

I'd like to use Persian numbering, which is the same as the analysis language below.

I see this option

 

I see this option in setting up the (analysis) writing system:

And this one to Configure Homograph Reference Numbers

But neither seem to affect the sense numbers. They are still in 1, 2, 3, 4... instead of my desired ۱, ۲, ۳, ۴... Any ideas?

Christopher, I believe that all three of those are the items you would need to set, especially the last one (Configure Headword Numbers).  I would expect it to work with those settings.

If it’s not showing up, you probably need input from FLEx_Errors.  You can cc: me; I’d like to know what ends up being the solution.

Someone asked me this question today and I remembered that it had been solved (added as a FLEx bug report to be resolved) and it is now fixed.

Now, in the Configure Dictionary dialog box, when you select "Headword" and click the "Configure Headword Numbers..." to open the "Configure Headwords Numbers" dialog box.

At the bottom of that dialog box, there is a dropdown menu labeled "Writing System for homograph and sense numbers:" which will affect which font styling the numbers will use. Simply selecting the Arabic script writing system here is not enough, you must also fill out the final section "To use characters other than 0-9 for homograph and sense numbers enter the characters here:". Once these are filled out and you hit OK, the numbers should change immediately.
