Upgrading to a newer version

I left off using at  Flex 8.3.12. To which newer version can I safely upgrade, maybe as a first step?

9.1.25 is the latest stable version. 

The latest released version of 9.2 is 9.2.8. It is still advertised as a beta version, though a stable version is expected soon.

You can download either one at https://software.sil.org/fieldworks/download.
