Need for paid Research Assistant versed in FLEx for dictionaries

Hello!
I am a linguist at UNC Chapel Hill, working on documenting my family's Southern Italian language. I have a community-created dictionary of almost 5000 entries that I want to publish (with their approval!) using FLEx.
I am trained in morphology but not in lexicography. I have done some work with FLEx for this project so I know the very basics (storing texts, basics of tagging, etc.). But I think I would benefit from conversations with someone who actually knows how to work FLEx well and who can help me solve issues in the most appropriate way for my goals. And I will of course compensate this collaborator.
