When I am going through an interlinear text, there are times that I would like to unapprove a suggestion. For example I accept a suggestion but then later realize that I didn't like it. I want it to be highlighted in blue so that when I am working with my language expert it is easy to see what needs attention. Or is my only choice to mark it "Unknown"

I don't see an unapprove here where I might expect one:

You can’t do it in the interlinear itself, as far as I know. You need to go to Word Analyses in the Texts area, find the word in the list, select the analysis and set the status to Unknown there. If you set it to Disapproved, then it won’t be shown to you again in the interlinear.

Thank you!

I wonder if I am the only one who has ever needed this functionality.

I'm assuming if I went to Word Analyses and did what you say then it would unapprove it in all of my texts.

If you want that analysis to be "a blue guess" for all occurrences, then yes, setting it to "User Opinion Unknown" in the Word Analyses tool will do that.

If some occurrences should be a guess and others should remain approved, the Assign Analysis tool is the way to do that.  But it doesn't sound like that is what you were asking for.

There is also the ability to set it to "New Analysis" in the Interlinear view, but that is not really going to do what you want.

Thank you all. I think you have understood my request. I suppose I will just have to fall back on making notes in the note field.

So happy for the existence of this community.
