Flex only uploads a few entries

After making a good number of changes, I tried to upload my data to Webonary. (I do this every couple of months, so I thought I knew what I was doing).  
It only uploaded the entries created after 7/20/2025, that is 19 entries out of 4830. There are no filters active. 
I don't know what I can do to change this.  
As I am typing this, I think 7/20 was the date when I started trying out FlexLite, and connected the database to Flexlite as well. On that day the 'modified' date stamp of all entries was changed.

I think this question is more suitable for FLEx_...@sil.org, unless a lot of other people are experiencing this.  This sounds like there might be some kind of filter on, or it may be a bug.

So I thought, at least I can update the dictionary App. But alas, Export to HTML has the same issue. 
Is anyone else having the same issue - especially if you are using Flex Lite?

Problem solved! 
Whenever it updated the date stamp (connecting to Flex Lite), it also removed all data from the "Publish Entry in" field.  A quick bulk edit fixed the problem.  

I hope there weren't any other settings that got changed.

Yes, apparently there was an issue with the "Publish Entry in" field, caused by Fieldworks Lite, but it only applied to four projects (one was yours, one was a test one of mine, and two others (the owners have been informed)). The problem isn't widespread, and it should be fixed from now on.

Thanks for your report, Peter!  You helped our team discover a bug whereby under certain conditions the "Publish Entry In" field was getting cleared when syncing with FWLite.  The FWLite team is aware of the bug and working to ship a new version of FWLite with the fix soon.

We've done some research into the problem. It will only present for people who used the FieldWorks lite beta in a certain time range, if you were to start using it after July 17th then you won't have the problem. Additionally we're working to resolve the issue for any other users who are running into this problem. The issue only effects the Publish entry field, we only partially supported it for a time and when we fully supported it then the Publish Entry in Field data got lost, but that's why we're in beta. Thanks for letting us know Peter!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for also finding the cause of the problem.

I see what went wrong as well as why our testing missed this.

So, we'll make sure this doesn't happen again.

I believe only two other projects are currently affected.

FYI, Peter, you have another project that would presumably have the same problem if you synced right now.

We'll clean things up!
