Preview not showing in Configure Dictionary for inflectional affixes

In my database, my inflectional affixes have a preview which shows up just fine in Lexicon Edit view:

But if I right-click on the entry and select Configure Dictionary Layout..., the dialog opens but the preview for that entry is empty. This is happening for all of my inflectional affixes in this project.

Is this a known problem? It's inconvenient, because I would like to configure the way my inflectional affixes display, and making changes without the preview is painful (make a change, OK, wait for the Lexicon Edit preview to refresh, open Layout again...).

Which version of FLEx are you using, Jeff?
