7.2.4 Installation stopped by Error 1303

I am trying to install FLEx 7.2.4 on my Windows 7 machine. I keep getting the following error:
Error 1303. The
installation has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program
Files\Common Files\SIL\EC_VS9.030729Libs. The installation cannot continue. Log
on as administrator or contact your system administrator.
I am the
administrator, so am not sure what I should do next.
Any ideas?
