Unfortunately, we had a bug in the flextext import for interlinear text for about a year that can mess up existing text during the import. This bug was fixed in FW9.3.5. If you want to use flextext import, and you are using an older version, you should upgrade to FW9.3.5 or later to avoid the interlinear corruption from this bug.
