[FLEx] a strange error while importing from Elan to FLEx"

Dear collegues,

please help me with this error. It systematically occurs every time I'm trying to import a file from ELAN to FLEx. I have had no problems with that before I changed my computer. I follow exactly the same workflow (yes, I'm sure I use the format needed), but for some reason this does not work on my new computer. I tried to delete FLEx and reinstall it several times, but nothing helps.

Dear Natalia,

We had the same error recently, and we were also proceeding as before. In our case, the problem was fixed by renaming the top-level tier to "(something)-segnum-en". "segnum" is the flextext type enough stores sentence numbers for each sentence. ("en" is assuming that your default analysis writing system is English).
It seems that the import is now checking for exactly this type, while previously it could have different names in the incoming flextext.
