Hi
I would try SIL Encoding Converters v5.1
You will need to create a TECkit mapping file to specify which characters to use.
(TECkit is installed with SIL Converters.)
Both of these can seem overwhelming when you first begin as they are very powerful and can do many things.
Basically, you will want to use TECKit Editor to create your mapping file (a file which contains what character, tone, goes to what). Then add it to SIL Converters.
The documentation is very detailed covering most tasks.
I tried to do some very basic instructions below but there are so many possibilities, that I don’t think I can do it justice.
So here are a few hints
Once you have a .tec file you will need to add it to the Converters repository.
There are many ways to do this but a presume you will be using it in FLEx.
Then run the process
These are very basic instructions. Check the more detailed documentation for more details.
I hope it helps.
