Beta or Stable on Previous Releases page?

I would like clarification to know if the 9.1 download options are beta or stable on the Previous Releases page of the FW website:

If would seem that they are beta, based on what it says on the download page:

FieldWorks 9.0.17 is Stable. 9.1.x are beta versions.
