Hi Benito,
I’m sorry you are having trouble with this. Did you just install version 9.3.9? Did you use the online installer? Try manually uninstalling Fieldworks, then make sure c:\Program Files\SIL\FieldWorks 9 is missing, or at least empty, then try installing FW9.3.9 again.
