Moscow FLEX: Weekly website review October 19-25

Halloween is approaching! This year we organize several events:

2 events with Children

and a PARTY at PAPA's PLACE!



Here's a quick review:



1. Charity event at DETI MARII Foundation! October 30, 15.30-18.00

A group of FLEX Alumni will organise a party for orphans at this
foundation.

We wil do facepainting, pumpkin carving, tell stories about Halloween,
help children to

make up holiday costumes and just have GREAT TIME WITH THE KIDS =)

2. Trip to the orphanage in Alexandrov and COSTUME DRIVE INITIATIVE!
October 31

October 31 FLEX Alumni are organizing a trip to the Orphanage in
Alexandrov. Together with group of initiative students in Alexandrov

we plan a holiday for children in the orphanage. We want to bring more
joy in little hearts! We are going to carve the pumpkins, do the

facepainting and other fun activities with the kids!



The party starts at 4pm, so we will need to get on a train at
Yaroslavsky railway station at about 1.30pm. It takes about 2 hours to
get to Alexandrov.



If you do not have a chance to join us - please support our COSTUME
DRIVE initiative!



We came up with an idea of organising a holiday costume drive for the
children! We only have a week ahead of us, but let's try

to make an effort together! If you have a kid or a younger sibling,
then they probably have some costumes that they already outgrew!

If you do not need the outfits please - donate them to the orphanage!
The kids there will be so happy! And they will be able to use them

for holiday skits and performances! It's such a fortune for them to
have a pirate or princess outfit of their own! :))





You can bring the costumes to our office at Oktyabrskaya metro
station, or we can reach you at any convenient place for you and pick
them up!

3. FLEX ALUMNI HALLOWEEN PARTY October 30, 22.00

When - October 30

Where - PAPA'S PLACE and BILINGUA

TIME - 22.00

We are reserving tables at both - PAPA'S and BILINGUA

We start at PAPA'S at 10pm and we can switch to BILINGUA after
midnight if we feel like to (the clubs are on the same street)

They say bilingua gets really hott after midnight! :)



Invite your friends to the party, we are gonna have tons of fun!

ANNONCEMENTS:



1.FLEX ROUND 1 TESTING

This year MOSCOW FLEX ROUND 1 testing is going to take place on
November 8.

We need 10 volunteers to help us hold the testing.

The volunteers will help out recruiters to watch for the students not
to cheat, cheer up the parents and register the applicants.

These events are always fun for FLEX alumni - why don't you check it
this time!?
