Options doesn't work

There are the following problems with the options:
1. Buttons near paths doesn't open file dialog.
2. "Save Options" button doesn't close the window.
3. Values are saved, but not used.

I assume this part wasn't worked on yet?

Yeah that's right. Im working on next rc release to fix it.Do you mean in the library manager?
