Hi Diana and all,

I have just read your email of December 2nd, and with apologies hope that the get together worked out. I was sort of out of things from the end of May until Christmas, following an aortic valve replacement and follow-up ablation catheterization in September.

Just wanted you all to know that I am following the flemingos, and hope to respond more promptly in future. Please don't send your sympathy -
I am just fine, and my doctors say that all is normal. No meds, no attachments.

Hope you are all enjoying the Winter, which is finally here in grand form. It was 13F when I walked our dog at 6 AM.

Somewhere in Manhattan (there's actually a bar in the West Village I have in mind where you can reserve a large-ish seating area) perhaps. Are people interested? Would Friday the 18th work?
