FleetDB 0.2.0-RC2

Hi All,

I'm happy to finally release FleetDB 0.2.0-RC2. This RC incorporates
several important bugfixes that I hope will get us to a solid 0.2.0.
The details of the changes in RC2 can be found in the new changelog at
http://github.com/mmcgrana/fleetdb/blob/master/HISTORY.md.

Now that the 0.2.0 line has stabilized, I've updated the documentation
on http://fleetdb.org to reflect the new version. I've also updated
the download at http://fleetdb.s3.amazonaws.com/fleetdb-standalone.jar
to point to this release. This release will always be available for
download at http://fleetdb.s3.amazonaws.com/fleetdb-standalone-0.2.0-RC2.jar
. Finally, you can track ongoing development of FleetDB at
http://github.com/mmcgrana/fleetdb.
