Hi all,

I fleet 50. I hope everyone is OK and having a good new year.

I am on the mend from back surgery the other day..

Due to that, we’ll probably have the annual fleet 50 meeting at my house at the end of February or early March, unless someone wants to have it at their house instead…

Dane Peterson has agreed to be our fleet captain for the coming year unless someone wants to run against him..

We’re also looking for other fleet officers, especially someone who will be a good communicator of fleet events and post often to the fleet 50 website which I’ve not been very good at doing Bill in the last year or two..

In other news, we have new Fleet members…

Lightning number 14566 was recently purchased by two couples..Amy Elizabeth Obelo and her husband Nate Miller,and the other couple is Catherine Evans and her husband Dylan Boyle… we look forward to seeing them at the marina often..

Hope you are recovering well!

I have to work on Sunday, Feb 22nd (GW's bday!) and me and my parents will be in Richmond March 14-15.

If it works to have it in between I'd love to be there, but understand if the schedule doesn't work out.
