Dear our colleagues,

Many non-major English classes are going to have a final exam soon, so now the Department would like to send you the test formats of General English 1, 2, and 3.

Hopefully, you will have time to familiarize your students with the test formats before the exam takes place. 

For the Oral exam, you have to conduct it for your own class with the appropriate topics covered in the core course book. (This can be done some time in the last class meeting.)
