Is the title catchy enough? :)

Wouldn't it be nice to offer a vagrant or vagga( https://github.com/tailhook/vagga ) configuration, to make the life of the developer easy?
I guess vagrant is more "portable"(in the sense that it is not Linux only). I personally prefer vagga since it's simple and fast to run + doesn't need root rights after it is installed.
If you are interested, I can write a vagga configuration. Would you be willing to accept a contribution for this?(There could be 1 script for set-up and/or 1 vagga.yaml file).

These appear to be VM/container management tools. While I can see that to be useful to some, I would expect the common use case for developers using FlatUI to be on an actual Linux/Windows/OS X machine, so I don't think having these configuration files come out of the box with FlatUI makes much sense.
