Speedtrap Ride Tuesday July 7th
One of America’s great Tuesday night rides, the Speedtrap Ride, will resume tomorrow, Tuesday, July 7th. All hardy cyclists will leave from Spoke Life Cycles in Elmore, Ohio, at 6:30 pm, and ride a 25-mile course.
The weather for tomorrow’s ride is predicted to be much more favorable for riding than last week, with a temperature in the low 80s, sunny skies, and almost no chance of rain There will, however, be an ENE wind of 6 mph, diminishing slightly as the evening progresses.
The Ghost Pepper Riders will be led by veteran Flatlander and triathlete Scott Lang at 23+/- mph. Are you ready?
Doug Metzger will lead his Cayenne Pepper Riders with a likely average of 21 to 22 mph.
Ken South will be back to lead his Habanero Riders with a 20+/- mph average.
The Jalapeno Riders, led by Andy Gundlach, will likely average 16 to 18 mph.
The Sweet Pepper Riders will consist of all those who would like a more casual pace, and perhaps a slightly shorter course.
After the ride, several may gather for drink and good conversation.

Sign-in for tomorrow’s ride will begin at 6:00 in front of the bike shop. I hope to see you then!
