Hey everyone,

Grab your helmet and join us this Wednesday at Elmore Spoke Life Cycles for our weekly casual ride!

We'll roll out right at 9:00 AM for a relaxed pedal—including about 14 miles along the North Country Inland Trail or on the quiet country roads. As always, the pace is friendly and casual, perfect for catching up and enjoying the morning.

Best of all? We'll wrap things up back where we started with coffee, donuts, and great conversation.

Bring your bike, bring a friend, and save room for donuts. See you Wednesday!
