I have a new home, and we are making some changes here, doing some renovations, so I am really tight on budget and looking for services that are cheap and good with reviews. I know a person who does garage door maintenance, and that is on my to-do list. Here is the package that I have received: if you can gather more people for the same service, then I can offer the maintenance for $149 each property. Maintenance includes: door lubrication, spring balancing, engine lubrication, and tightening screws and brackets. So far, this is the best package, as I have been shopping around and got this one referred by a friend who guarantees his work. Let me know if any of you have the same need for your garage doors.
