Hello everybody,

it seems to me the "current" symlink was not updated correctly when releasing the latest stable version.
still contains:
FLATCAR_BUILD=2905 FLATCAR_BRANCH=2 FLATCAR_PATCH=3 FLATCAR_VERSION=2905.2.3 FLATCAR_VERSION_ID=2905.2.3 FLATCAR_BUILD_ID="2021-08-31-1608" FLATCAR_SDK_VERSION=2905.0.0

Cheers,
Fabian

Hi Fabian,

please pardon the confusion. We are in the process of researching a regression in Kernels after 5.10.65 (i.e. with the latest Alpha and Stable releases) which can cause a node to become unreachable via the network. Hosts using Mellanox NICs in bonding mode appear to be affected. As a precaution we decided to stop publishing the latest updates to Stable and Alpha.

Please find more information and up-to-date status on this issue here: https://github.com/flatcar-linux/Flatcar/issues/520

Best,
Thilo
