My email was flooded by those junk issues from "milerdavid987", I wonder if we are hacked....

No hacking involved, I'm afraid. Github allows anyone with an account to post to the issue tracker, so it is open to spam. Seems like Github doesn't have very good spam filters.

I reported it to Github, not sure what they can do about it.

I've just turned off the issue tracker for the moment, see if that stops it from creating new issues, and maybe the bot will decide to stop trying to post :)
