Not able to run flashPCAR

Hello 

  I am new to R environment. I am trying to do PCA analysis using flashPCAR. I am currently using R version 3.4.1 (2017-06-30). Can you please explain the command: 

fn <- gsub("\\.bed", "",

   system.file("extdata", "data_chr1.bed", package="flashpcaR"))
fn
f <- flashpca(fn, ndim=10)

I have three plink files with bed, bim and fam extensions.

fn is the path to your plink data, e.g., if your plink files are data.bed, data.bim, data.fam, then fn should be "data".
