Hi all,

The latest development version of flashpca on github (https://github.com/gabraham/flashpca) fixes the incompatibility introduced by more recent versions of RSpectra (>=0.14).

Once this version is tested a bit more across different platforms, I will release a new version under https://github.com/gabraham/flashpca/releases.
