spacing above and beow player

How do I minimize the spacing between the player and the objects above and below the player?

For example........................

I have text stating for the listener to

"click and listen to the mp3"

(HERE IS THE PLAYER) - - - -  this is where I would like it positioned directly underneath the bold text but instead its is position further down from the text

(HERE IS THE ACTUAL PLAYER)
