plugin for mobile devises

Question: Are you able to modify, edit, or create web pages on the web site in question?
If Yes, then you will need to create a 'mobile' landing page in HTML and make it accessible to phones.
There is code that can be used to put in the top of the web site page, that will respond to requests from a phone.
Then regardless of whether you access the page from a computer OR a phone, the code will
allow for either choice.
If No, then you need to contact the web site owner or webmaster and request a mobile page with the same
information that is on the web site page you visited with your computer.
