I am extremely excited today. Yes.. the practice sessions are going great, the permissions to shoot from different floors have been obtained, the banners and placards have been made, our editor is pleased with the story board he has created, the Salarpuria mgnt is getting in touch with the media folks to see if some involvement can be had and so on for a whole lot of other activities. But the one which brought a big smile on my face was when I saw Kamakshi Sivanandan from Genpact proudly stating that she is going for her dance practice session in the morning. Kamakshi was almost the first stranger ( not any more.. ), I spoke to when we came up with this idea of the Flash Mob and rightly so, there was a lot of skepticism about the event and today when she told me that she is ‘in’, I am now pretty confident that today is going to be better than good.

 

Same experience for others who had the task of meeting complete strangers and asking them to join the event. We took great inputs from everybody and got some excellent contacts from each one of them and today we have a count of 141. Just yesterday I saw 8 new faces who came up for their first practice. So for those of you who are still on the fence… its not too late. You only need 30 mins of practice to get the steps.. and pl reach out to some of the contacts mentioned and get to those practice sessions.
