Job Detailed Description	Jr. Project Manager – Rounded Individual that knows SAP – knowledge from order flows from beginning to end in systems, and processes.   This individual will work with the Project Owner. This person will attend meetings/ do administrative work, coordinate with plans and do the PM stuff that Project Manager delegates. This person needs to have PM Skills, but will not face project executives.     25% travel to plants – however most of the work will be the done for Project Manager who is overwhelmed and will need someone to do the PM to do day to day things on his project, while Project manager is able to do his job and Run the project.
IMP	Do not need Senior Level and We got plenty of resumes but none of them Project Manager.   This Position we can work on Corp to Corp.
