Note: The client will consider the profile only if the first project has retail client experience.

Job Description:

10+ years of SCM project management experience(retail preferred). The solution scope is Demand, Supply and MEIO

To clarify on the roles and responsibilities, this is what we are looking for: 

•     Work with the workstream leads to develop & proactively manage the detailed project plan, delivery milestones and deliverables across o9 & client within the agreed-upon tools. Ensure data is current and comprehensive, working directly with the work track teams to drive updates

•     Leverage o9's implementation methodology to help execute the project successfully (on time and on budget)

•     Manage delivery of required outcomes for the project, identifying, assessing and mitigating risks and dependencies to proactively address potential roadblocks for all facets of the plan

•     Manage the weekly status reporting content and processes for the work track, including reporting on agreed-upon progress metrics for all phases of delivery

•     Proactively facilitate the transition of the work track from one phase to the next, including managing the entry and exit gates, and insuring the necessary preparation and activities are completed with adequate lead time

•     Track and monitor change requests.

•     Maintain and continuously update key project management artifacts (RAID log, etc).

Domain : Supply Chain, can be remote within USA with a need to travel if required.

Title: Technical Project Manager(Networking)-Onsite

Location: Dallas, TX(Locals Required)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Key Roles & Responsibilities   
Key Qualifications:

• Understanding of technology project management and architecture principles specific to the deployment of telecommunication systems
• 10+ years of project management experience deploying Telecom Core Networks with an understanding of 4G and 5G Core network elements and functions for each network element.
• Technical understanding of EPC & 5G SA architecture and 3GPP defined interfaces for control and user plane.
• Technical understanding of LTE call flows and understanding of SIM cards and SIM Provisioning/Management, Roaming, MOCN and MC-PTT solutions.
• Experience with and understanding of OSI Model, IP Networking, TCP, UDP, SCTP, DIAMETER, GPRS Tunnelling Protocol, and IP Security.
• Understands, in a multi-vendor environment, who is the client and what are the client's needs; provides realistic expectations; and actively monitors client satisfaction
• Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent
• Uses critical thinking to evaluate alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach
• Develops improvements and innovations to enhance team’s performance
• Builds relationships and a collaborative working environment among the various stakeholders and negotiates authority to move the project forward
• Creates a sense of belonging and ownership among team members in a matrixed, multi-vendor environment
• Consults and provides advice, facilitates discussions and resolves conflict
