Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience with multiple Guidewire implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center functionality.
• Well-versed in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to resolve requirement-related issues efficiently.

• Experience documenting end-to-end insurance processes.
• Familiarity with other Guidewire modules.
• Exposure to quality assurance and testing best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
