Tonight Monday, 30th November, meet at 6pm for 6:30 start (note: the building is locked at 6:30pm).

Presenter: Geoff Bowers is the owner of Daemon and President of the Lucee Association Switzerland

Geoff will give us an in depth look at Docker and Tutum. Tutum has recently been acquired by Docker.

Docker is a container technology. Docker containers wrap up a piece of software in a complete filesystem that contains everything it needs to run: code, runtime, system tools, system libraries – anything you can install on a server. This guarantees that it will always run the same, regardless of the environment it is running in.
