The Latvian branch is now growing, and we are mainly looking for Java and C# programmers (backend, all experience levels) and also Flex developers (with at least 1 year of experience, but combination of Java/Flex of C#/Flex will be an advantage). The company is well know for the "programming titans" that work there - these are well-known developers in the Latvian market, who organize various events for programmers. They put a big emphasis on teamwork and cooperation - many very qualified candidates with 10 years and more experience were turned down because they were not good team players. They are working in Agile environment and have several Scrum masters. Each team consists of 3-4 people and on average, projects run for 3-4 months. All clients are US-based so, English language knowledge is one of the requirements. Besides compensation, they offer health insurance, parking space, mobile phone expenses cover, and bonuses.
