cannot get component to stage

Using Flash CS3 (although I do have Flash CS4 app on my harddrive).
When I drag the Logger component to the stage, or try to drag it to
the Library, it does not go. What am I doing wrong?

Have you already checked the wiki for using ThunderBolt AS3 in Flash
