I am totally new to FLARToolkit and papervision 3d. Basically id like
to know if theres any material or online videos teaching how to create
my own ar tags, for instance id like to learn how to implant a video
clip into the code? if anyone can offer me some info for a beginner

Shachar Oz (props to him) has a beginners AR application, You could try that to start with AR:
About video You should try to look up the internetz about animated MovieMaterial on a Plane primitive.
