I have the same issue. IE seem to be more of an issue on low-end or 3+
years systems. I have not been able to solve this issue, but have been
able to work around it. Using javascript and flash vars to detect when
a visitor is using IE. If they are using IE iI service a different
FLARConfig file. In this Config file I cut the camera resolution in
half. Going from 320x240 to 160x240. The quality of the video of
course goes down, but experience stays intact which was key for my
project. Vista + IE8 is the worst offender of combination.
