Responsibilities
• Provide leadership to the team and facilitate the team’s daily activities
• Understand the vision and help to communicate it to the Delivery Team
• Handle any necessary coordination with other teams
• Perform capacity planning
• Own Iteration Backlog
• Shield the team from external interferences
• Remove impediments and stimulate productivity of the team
• Monitor iteration progress, and ensure successful iteration completion
• Communicate status of product delivery to Product Owner and Delivery Team
• Track and report metrics
• Ensure definition of done is clearly documented
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistent organizational process improvement
