This program is absolutely beginner friendly male or female. I will teach you from your VERY FIRST push-up, all the way up to building solid superhuman strength, lean muscle mass and get you shredded with calisthenics.

All your meal plans are completely custom. There is a general meal plan option (all meats included), vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian. There is also a 2 meal intermittent fasting option for every dieting preference.

I had actually just signed up for one day - to give one speech, but the group was so solid that we ended up blowing it out for 3 full days surrounded by plenty of warm sunshine and each night was filled with good music.

The weekend was also stuffed with learning for everyone but I think that my little girl got the most out of it, she pushed herself on the rope course, we rode scooters on the skate ramps, she caught her first fish (catfish), bunked with the ladies after conquering the adult endurance challenge and then, of course, we danced the night away with a live music (FLOSS?, YEP! Again.

Completing exercises and events like this are what take you to the next level and give you that added confidence. Moments like this weekend of accomplishments boost the spirit with energy and make other fears much easier to conquer.

As you know I am totally into nature and what mother earth can do for us all, which led me last week to a wonderful afternoon with life and health guru, Rich Roll and his awesome podcast about living green and conquering life. I urge you to listen and chill out.

My body was super sore after the weekend endurance challenge which led me to the steam room and of course, the chiropractor (Did you know that I broke my back when I was a kid?) I am seeing Dennis who I spoke about in the Rich Roll podcast, the man who fixed my back and also the man who told me I was a wimp for complaining about the back pain; for real, he said that. A lot of folks asked about his contact info since back pain is very common - so here it is: Peak Wellness

Live - exercise daily/more, create space for basketball each day with daughter, reconnect with old athlete friends and make some new ones, learn more about mind/body connection, keep breathing.

Love - tell mom that I love her more often, meet more family members, take time to speak with neighbors and learn more about their families, join neighborhood watch, volunteer in a community

Dodd-Frank Act stress testing is a forward-looking exercise that assesses the impact on capital levels that would result from immediate financial shocks and nine quarters of severely adverse economic conditions. FHFA requires Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to submit the results of stress tests based on two scenarios: a Baseline scenario and a Severely Adverse scenario. FHFA aligned the stress test scenario variables and assumptions with those used by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in its annual Dodd-Frank Act stress tests. As of March 2020, according to the Stress Testing of Regulated Entities Final Rule, the Federal Home Loan Banks are no longer required to conduct Dodd-Frank Act stress tests. As a prudential matter, FHFA expects the FHLBanks to continue to perform other stress tests (addressing market, credit, liquidity, and model risks) as outlined in FHFA's regulations and guidance.

In 2014 FHFA began requiring its regulated entities to conduct stress tests pursuant to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (Dodd-Frank Act). As amended by Section 401 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (EGRRCPA), the Dodd-Frank Act requires certain financial companies with total consolidated assets of more than $250 billion, and which are regulated by a primary federal financial regulatory agency, to conduct periodic stress tests to determine whether the companies have sufficient capital to absorb losses and support operations during adverse economic conditions.

So naturally I decided to give it a try, taking the chest, shoulders and triceps workout for a spin at a nearby gym. This and many more workouts have been detailed in The Workouts: Personal Training Diaries by Zane.

Zane sticks with multi-muscle compound exercises like the incline dumbbell press and close-grip bench press for much of the rest of the workout too, shifting to more targeted isolation moves like the single-arm overhead dumbbell extensions as the session progresses.

It delivered an enviable pump and a chance to flex my muscles on the strength front. It also doubled up as a fun social activity as I roped my brother into tackling it with me, giving us the chance to catch up and have a laugh between sets.

In case you don't know, Frank is a professional fighter and we are talking about full contact fighting! Ultimate Fighting, no-holds barred, mixed martial arts, whatever you choose to call it, Shamrock excels at it. In addition to being a former King of Pancrase, he was a five time UFC Middleweight champion. The 5-foot-10, 195-pounder was also named Full Contact Fighter of the Year in 1998 by Black Belt magazine.

Although ferocious in a match, Frank is known as a generous and humble guy. Despite a rough childhood growing up in an orphanage, Frank was able to turn his life around with the help of his adopted father and his step-brother, the "world's most dangerous man," Ken Shamrock. T-mag had a chance to chat with Frank recently about training, nutrition, philosophy, and what the future holds for a man who beats people up for a living.

Frank Shamrock: Well, I wasn't really doing anything. I was working odd jobs and I tried college for a while and that was boring. (laughing) I just didn't see the value at the time and I wanted to get out. I didn't have a plan. Then my brother Ken Shamrock started doing MMA and my father, Bob Shamrock, encouraged me to try it.

I went down to Ken's gym and checked it out and it looked really exciting. I gave it a shot and they just kicked the crap out of me. It was terrible! I couldn't walk and I crawled up the stairs after the first day and realized that was a mistake. The next day when I woke up my legs were so beat up and bruised that I couldn't get down the stairs.

Frank Shamrock: Right, plus it was a challenge! I enjoy competition and I really enjoy a challenge. I love puzzles and mechanical things and I viewed MMA as that. I'd look at these guys that beat me up and they weren't even breathing hard! It was a huge challenge for me.

Frank Shamrock: Right, that's how I am with fighting unfortunately. You can't put a chump in there and expect me to get excited because I'll know right away what it takes to beat him. However, if you put a guy in there like Tito Ortiz, the current UFC Light Heavyweight Champ, who could legitimately kick my ass, I'll be motivated to train like a madman.

Frank Shamrock: I've had those thoughts in fights before, but not in this one. I knew exactly how to beat Tito; I knew how much damage my body would have to take. Tito is just so big. I was 192 pounds going into the fight and he was 216. Every time the lights turned on and off in the ring, I was like, holy crap! (laughing) I tried holds on him and he was as strong as my brother Ken and I was thinking, this is ridiculous! I had to go around all that energy and power and wait for it to dissipate, or just knock him out. The bigger they are, the harder they hit, so you have to get out of the way or you'll take damage, and damage isn't equal. It's like a big dog fighting a little dog.

Frank Shamrock: I trained with my team as well as the Stanford wrestling team and had some larger wrestlers come in, but only with what I thought Tito was going to do. Basically Tito is a good wrestler with a lot of size that's willing to throw down until someone drops. That's what made him so dangerous. I knew how to beat him and just had to get the right guys to work with.

Frank Shamrock: Well, I have a toughest fight and a toughest opponent. I think that Tito was my toughest opponent, but I knew how to beat him, thus I didn't feel a lot of stress about potentially losing. My toughest fight is when I fought Enson Inoue. He knocked me silly, he mounted me, he traumatized me, and there was a time during that fight where I thought I might lose and actually die in the ring. That was definitely my toughest fight, but my toughest opponent had to be Tito. The guy was just a monster! It was like wrestling a horse!
