A clojurescript library wrapping flapjax

Hello all,

I wrote a library to make it easier to use flapjax from clojurescipt. You can find it here https://github.com/Ewen0/flapjax-cljs.

 * It is easy to use (simply add the dependency) and compatible with advanced compilation mode.
 * The library wraps flapjax functions to make them plain functions. (I used the gist from Micha Niskin https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/flapjax/bD2d0XTaufI)
 * It extends the extractValueB function to enable its use on clojurescipt atoms.
 * It introduces the "with-B" macro to help interfacing enfocus with flapjax.
