simple spreadsheet demo

Hi,

to learn a bit more about flapjax, I have written a little "spreadsheet" demo.

You can find it at: http://quicquid.org/spreadsheet.html

However, it doesn't always work, sometimes a dependent cell is not
updated when the cells it depends upon are modified.

Also I am not sure that I used the right method to connect/disconnect
the behaviours that corresponds to the spreadsheet formulas.

If someone from the list had the time to have a look and provide some
comments/fixes that would be very welcome.
